Spa treatments

The following range of treatments is available to resident guests only from Monday to Saturday in the afternoon. 

We are unable to offer treatments to non-resident guests. 

As we work with skilled, freelance therapists it is necessary to book these in advance of your stay and please do give as much notice as possible as our therapists' diaries do fill up quickly. 

For wedding parties and other exclusive-use groups we are delighted to be able to offer hairdressing in the lodge but this should also be pre-booked.  Please contact us for further information on this. 

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage uses a variety of massage techniques to increase the oxygen flow in the blood and release toxins from the muscles. It relaxes aching muscles, stretches the ligaments and tendons and stimulates the skin and nervous system in order to relax, invigorate and promote general well being.

1 1/4 hrs full body - £70;  30 mins back, neck & shoulders - £48

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage involves working on the head, neck and down the back. Very effective in relieving tension and stress in the head, neck and shoulders. Good for easing congestion e.g. headaches, sinusitis, ear/eye problems.

1 1/4 hrs - £60;  45 mins- £50

Sports & Remedial Massage

Sports and Remedial Massage is a deeper massage treatment that loosens up tight muscles, breaks up adhesions in muscle fibres, and generally focuses on restoring and/or maintaining the full functionality of your muscles. It can help your muscles perform better and prevent injury. Muscle injuries will often heal more effectively with the help of sports massage.

50 mins - £75;  30 mins - £55

Reflexology

A wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic foot massage that stimulates the reflex points of the feet which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.  This treatment can relieve tension, improve circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.  For optimum results a course is recommended but also highly relaxing as a single treatment.

N.B. We regret that 30 and 45 minute appointments are available only if more than one treatment is requested. Should you be unable to keep your appointment, we would require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation. Any cancellations made later than this may need to be charged in full.
